Your choice
Sign-in and checkout use operational storage when you request those services. Optional language and staff preferences are saved only after you allow them. You can still switch language without saving it for future visits.

Choosing “Essential only” removes previously saved language and promoter introduction preferences. Your current page language stays the same. This choice does not affect tickets you have already bought.
What is stored
Cookies are sent to the site with browser requests. localStorage remains in your browser; sessionStorage normally lasts until the tab is closed. Browsers may restore sessions when reopened. An asterisk (*) represents a part of the name that varies by account or session.

Staff sign-in and verification cookies (Supabase), used when you sign in or recover an account.
The current library sets a cookie lifetime of up to 400 days and may refresh it. Signing out removes sign-in cookies; the server checks actual session validity separately.
baila-checkout-attempt-v1
Temporary online payment recovery details, so the same checkout can be resumed without duplicate requests.
sessionStorage: until the attempt is completed/cleared or the tab session ends.
baila:handover:*
Temporary pending promoter handover details to avoid recording the same action twice; organizer access only.
sessionStorage: until the action is confirmed/discarded or the tab session ends.
baila-expense-planning-v1:*
Previous local organizer expense draft. Imported into the saved account plan only when the account has no plan yet.
localStorage: the old copy is removed after a successful server save. New plans are saved on the account.
baila-storage-choice-v1
Remembers your choice on this notice. It is not used for tracking.
localStorage: 180 days; expiry is checked on the next visit.
baila-language
Optionally remembers your chosen language, only if you allow saved preferences.
localStorage: while your choice remains valid, or until you withdraw permission/clear site data.
baila-promoter-code-intro:*
Optionally remembers that a promoter has seen the code-selection introduction, so it does not repeat. It contains a profile identifier, not a browsing tracker.

Online payments
When you choose online payment, you continue on a separate Stripe-hosted page. Stripe may use its own cookies and technologies for payment and fraud prevention. Their purposes, lifetimes and choices are described in the Stripe Cookies Policy. This site does not load Stripe scripts or third-party ticket-office content while you browse the festival.
Managing browser storage
You can change your choice on this page at any time. You can also delete or block this site's cookies and data in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or remove the ability to resume an unfinished payment; sign-in and checkout may not work without their required storage.
This notice describes browser storage. Order and ticket records are handled separately and are not deleted by changing these settings.
